Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using twinkling-trek.com and enrolling in our financial education programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Programme Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment Process
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the enrolment form. We reserve the right to decline enrolment if a programme is fully booked or if we determine it is not suitable for the participant.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full before programme commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but you may transfer to a future programme within 6 months

Programme Delivery
Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to modify session dates or delivery methods due to unforeseen circumstances. Enrolled participants will receive at least 48 hours notice of any changes where possible.
Missed Sessions
If a participant misses a session, we will provide catch-up materials. No refunds are provided for missed sessions. We can arrange individual catch-up sessions at an additional fee.
Programme Cancellation by Us
If we need to cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolments or other circumstances, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat educators and other participants with respect
- Arrive on time for sessions
- Complete assigned activities
- Notify us of any accessibility requirements or learning needs
We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All programme materials, content, and resources provided by twinkling-trek are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may:
- Use materials for personal educational purposes
- Share within your immediate household
You may not:
- Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
- Distribute or sell our materials
- Modify materials and present them as your own
Limitation of Liability
Our financial education programmes provide general information and do not constitute professional financial advice. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes from applying learned concepts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, twinkling-trek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from programme participation.
Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks. If we have concerns about a child's welfare, we will follow statutory safeguarding procedures.
Photography and Recording
We may take photographs or record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes. We will always obtain explicit consent before using any images for marketing purposes. You may opt out of being photographed at any time.
Website Use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with website security features
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
